The core concept of the design of S.E.S Firm focuses on the adaptability of the environment based on prospect and refuge theory. To achieve this concept, the space arrangement seeks a balanced sense of privacy, publicity, and well-being. A flexible workspace provides a mix of enclosed and open workplaces, and technology is incorporated into the space to remove workflow barriers, provide privacy as needed, and foster collaboration among team members (Heerwagenet al., 2004). Biophilic elements integrate inside and outside space, foster psychological health, and promote the connection between people and nature (Larsen et al., 1998). Increasing acoustical control in team working areas and conference rooms to reduce noise in workspaces, particularly from external and internal sources, has decreased
employee memory and increasing distraction (Meng et al., 2021)
